Your mission

  • En tant que Responsable de Production, vous superviserez l'ensemble des opérations de production au sein du site de Cahors (50 CDI, spécialisé dans la fabrication et de conditionnement de formes sèches et liquides de petites séries) , en garantissant l'atteinte des objectifs de production en termes de qualité, de coûts et de délais, tout en respectant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF).
  • Rattachée à la Directrice du site, vous êtes membre du Comité de Direction du site et encadrez des équipes de fabrication et de conditionnement d'une vingtaine de CDI

Responsabilités**

  • * Gérer et optimiser les flux de production.
  • * Encadrer, animer et développer les équipes de production.
  • * Assurer la planification, l'organisation et le suivi des activités de production en fonction des prévisions et des contraintes.
  • * Garantir la conformité des produits fabriqués aux normes de qualité (BPF, Pharmacopées) et aux spécifications techniques.
  • * Mettre en œuvre et piloter des actions d'amélioration continue (lean manufacturing, 5S, réduction des gaspillages).
  • * Participer à la définition et au suivi du budget de production, identifier les leviers d'optimisation des coûts.
  • * Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'environnement (HSE) sur le site de production.
  • * Collaborer étroitement avec les services support (Qualité, Maintenance, Logistique, HSE) pour assurer une production fluide et efficace.
  • * Préparer et participer aux audits internes et externes (agences réglementaires).
  • * Analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et mettre en place des plans d'actions correctives et préventives.

Qualifications**

  • * Diplôme d'ingénieur (généraliste, pharmacie industrielle, génie des procédés) ou équivalent.
  • * Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en production pharmaceutique ou cosmétique, avec une expérience managériale confirmée.
  • * Excellente connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et des exigences réglementaires de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • * Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies d'amélioration continue (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
  • * Capacité avérée à fédérer et à développer des équipes.
  • * Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'analyse.
  • * Force de proposition et orientation résultats.
  • * Maîtrise des outils informatiques (ERP, MES, Pack Office).
  • * Anglais professionnel
