Job Description

What You Will Do:

• •Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage options
• •Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness
• •Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance
• •Maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups
• •Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen

What We Are Looking For:

• •Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus)
• •Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift
• •Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• •Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
