About the role:

Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

This position will have a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Other expectations include:

• •Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• •Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
• •Multitasking & prioritisation skills
• •Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
• •Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
• •Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
• •Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
