Wir haben ab November 2026 die Stelle einer Empfangskraft in Teilzeit in einer modernen, digitalisierten Fachzahnarztpraxis für Oralchirurgie und Implantologie zu besetzen.

Neben der Annahme von Patienten sind Ihre primären Aufgaben:

  • die Vergabe und Verwaltung von Terminen für Patienten und Kooperationspartnern der Praxis
  • die Annahme und das Führen von Telefongesprächen, des Email-Verkehrs, Post usw.
  • die Organisation und Einhaltung von Ordnung im Rezeptionsbereich
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen und das Führen vom Kassenbuch
  • Bürotypische Aufgaben am PC unter Windows, der Dentalsoftware und auf Papier

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Freundlichen Umgang mit Patienten und Kollegen
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitsbereich
  • Sicherer Umgang am PC
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
