Monitor changes in the project environment and assess their potential impact on the overall risk profile.

Ensure risk management is integrated with change control, planning, cost, commercial and project controls processes.

Support project governance and risk reviews.

Maintain appropriate risk management documentation and ensure a clear audit trail.

Promote a proactive risk management culture across project teams.
