What You'll Do

• •Coordinate and complete MDS assessments
• •Manage the RAI process and care planning Support Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement
• •Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services
• •Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• •Monitor PDPM and quality measures

Qualifications

• •Current Ohio RN License
• •MDS experience preferred
• •Knowledge of PDPM and reimbursement systems
• •Strong organizational and communication skills
• •Skilled nursing experience preferred
