As an RN Program Coordinator, a caregiver in this role will serve as a working leader within the Ketamine Clinic, balancing direct patient care with program coordination and leadership responsibilities. The caregiver will provide direct patient care on Tuesdays and Thursdays while supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. Additional responsibilities include interviewing and hiring caregivers, managing daily human resources needs and collaborating with department stakeholders to support program operations. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and development, with the potential to help shape and expand the department as services grow.

A caregiver in this role will work 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Completes and evaluates nursing care practices, reports deficiencies and takes corrective action as appropriate.
  • Identifies staff education needs.
  • Provides input and assists with instruction programs.
  • Plans and conducts special projects as assigned.
  • Completes daily activities.
  • Completes scheduling, assignments, performance evaluations and corrective actions when necessary.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Registered nurse with strong clinical background
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems
  • Current valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Six years clinical nurse experience
  • One year supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in nursing

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
  • Requires frequent standing and walking.
  • Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Works under stressful conditions and requires irregular hours.
  • Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
