Role Player Site Supervisor

Description

Athenix Special Missions is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Supervise all role player activities
• •Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario
• •Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations
• •Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines
• •Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility
• •Act as a liaison between the USCP and role players
• •Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews
• •Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract

Requirements

• •Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police
• •Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management; military or government civilian setting preferred.
