LOCATION: Overland Park, KS

What You Will Do:

• •Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions, this could be any position in the office and site unit counts vary by property.
• •Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items.
• •Schedule make ready needs, coordinate vendor needs, etc.
• •Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
• •Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• •Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• •Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE
• •2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager.
• •Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction.
• •Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred.
• •Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
