Job Description -

• Inviting applications for the role of RTR (Close & Control Reconciliations)- Domain Trainee English Hybrid Bucharest
• Responsibilities:
• - Financial Data Management: Assist in the collection organization and management of financial data ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.
• - Journal Entry Preparation: Support the preparation and posting of journal entries related to financial transactions ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
• - Reconciliation support: Assist in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
• - Reporting Assistance: Help in the preparation of periodic financial reports ensuring accuracy and providing necessary documentation to support financial analysis.
• - Audit Collaboration: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information related to financial records and transactions.
• - Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to record-keeping and financial reporting.
• - Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of record keeping and financial reporting processes.
• - Minimum
