Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Reports To: Manager of Insider Sales

Location : Saint John NB, or Remote (Canada)

Who We Are

Procedureflow is a growing B2B SaaS company helping organizations make complex work easier for both people and AI. We believe the future of work is human and AI working from the same trusted knowledge. Our platform helps organizations turn complex processes, policies, and procedures into clear, structured guidance that employees and AI agents can follow with confidence.

We’re a collaborative, curious, and customer-focused team building the knowledge foundation organizations need to support consistent execution today and AI-enabled work in the future.

About the Role

Procedureflow is looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative to join our growing BDR team. This is an outbound-heavy role where the phone is your primary tool. We take a phone-first approach because it is how we book meetings, build pipeline, and drive revenue. We need someone who is comfortable on the phone and genuinely good at starting conversations.

You will prospect into organisations across healthcare, government, utilities, financial services, and retail, where AI readiness and the need for structured, consistent process knowledge are growing quickly. You will also use AI to help orchestrate outbound by bringing together account research, buying signals, contact prioritisation, personalised messaging, and follow-up into a focused prospecting motion. AI should improve the quality and speed of the work, not replace sound judgement or genuine conversations.

If you are the kind of person who treats rejection as part of the process, picks up the phone without hesitation, and takes pride in booking quality meetings, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make high-volume outbound calls daily as your primary method of prospecting — this is a phone-first team

Use AI and trusted data sources to research target accounts, identify relevant business signals, and personalise outreach

Use AI to help orchestrate outbound workflows, including account selection, contact prioritisation, message development, sequence planning, and follow-up

Review and refine AI-generated research and messaging for accuracy, relevance, brand voice, and a natural human tone before it reaches a prospect

Book qualified meetings with senior and director-level contacts across target accounts

Execute coordinated multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn

Manage and maintain an organised prospect list for ongoing outbound campaigns

Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing, events, and campaigns

Test different prompts, messaging approaches, and workflows, then use performance data to improve future outbound activity

Log all activity, lead data, and next steps accurately in the CRM.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, ICP, and campaign priorities

Learn and communicate the Procedureflow value proposition clearly and confidently

Who You Are

You have 1 or more years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role

You are comfortable using AI as a daily sales tool and can give it clear instructions, assess the output critically, and improve the result

You understand that AI should support thoughtful prospecting rather than create generic, high-volume outreach

Cold calling does not intimidate you; you pick up the phone, and you are comfortable doing it every day

You are comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers at the director and VP level

You are organised, disciplined, and can manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball

You have experience using Salesforce CRM or a comparable platform

You communicate clearly, and your emails and LinkedIn messages are concise, relevant, and written to earn a response

You thrive in a fast-moving environment and hold yourself accountable to targets

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset — but equivalent practical experience is equally valued

Nice to Have

Experience selling into or prospecting within healthcare, government, utilities, or financial services

Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, or similar)

Understanding of AI, knowledge management, or contact centre technology

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting

Hands-on experience using AI for account research, list prioritisation, message personalisation, sequence planning, or reply analysis

Experience improving or documenting AI-assisted outbound workflows for a sales team
