Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a collaborative, motivated and solutions-oriented person to join our team as a Sales Estimator .

This person will meet with homeowners and property owners, evaluate drainage and water-management problems, develop appropriate solutions, prepare estimates, educate customers and help them make informed decisions about their property.

This is not simply a sales position.

Our Sales Estimators are problem-solvers and educators. We want someone who is curious, asks good questions, enjoys figuring out how things work and can build trust with customers.

You don't need to know everything about drainage on day one. We're looking for someone with the aptitude and willingness to learn it.

You may be a great fit if you

Communicate well and genuinely enjoy working with people.

Are naturally curious and like solving problems.

Listen before jumping to a solution.

Are comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale.

Have strong organizational and follow-up habits.

Are mechanically or technically inclined.

Are comfortable learning and using technology.

Accept coaching and feedback well.

Take ownership of your performance.

Enjoy working as part of a team.

Want to keep learning and developing professionally.

Experience in drainage, plumbing, construction, estimating or in-home sales can be helpful, but it isn't the only path into this position.

We're interested in finding the right person with the right combination of communication skills, problem-solving ability, aptitude, accountability and willingness to learn.

Training & Development

We believe great people need great systems around them.

Our Sales Estimators participate in a structured onboarding and development program that includes company and service education, drainage fundamentals, field training, ride-alongs, customer communication, estimating, sales development, coaching and competency-based training.

Our goal isn't simply to teach you how to sell a job. It's to help you become someone who can confidently evaluate a problem, develop a solution, educate the customer and set our installation team up to successfully deliver the work.
