Sales OfficerJob Summary:**

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive pharmaceutical product sales within a designated territory. This role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • * Achieve assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.
  • * Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • * Promote and detail Piramal Pharma's product portfolio effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
  • * Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other company initiatives.
  • * Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • * Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • * Organize and attend medical camps, product launches, and other promotional events.

Job Qualifications:**

  • * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
  • * Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • * Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • * Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
  • * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
