About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to join our Global Pricing team.

In this role, you'll sit in the Mumbai office with our sales team, you will support them by managing freight quotations, coordinating with carriers and logistics partners across Asia, and ensuring accurate, competitive pricing communicated to our customers and leads.

What You'll Do

• •Prepare and manage ocean and air freight quotations.
• •Work closely with carriers, agents and logistics partners across China and Asia.
• •Validate pricing, routing and service details before quotes are released.
• •Update pricing information in internal systems.
• •Monitor outstanding pricing requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• •Communicating with leads and customers via email, call or other channels
• •Collaborate with global teams to deliver excellent customer support.

What We're Looking For

• •1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• •Good understanding of Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight.
• •Strong communication and coordination skills.
• •Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.
• •Good English communication skills.
• •Experience with logistics systems or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• •Ability to work in Mumbai office in USA time zone daily
