As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth within our Customer Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly impact client success by implementing strategic sales and service initiatives.

What You Must Have
