A Day in the Life

• The Cranial & Spine business supports neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, and hospital teams with technologies used in neurosurgical and spinal procedures. The portfolio includes solutions that help clinicians plan, perform, and optimize treatment for patients with complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, while advancing procedural efficiency and patient outcomes.
• This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and supports customers across Bulgaria. It is a remote, field-based position requiring regular travel to customer sites, hospitals, operating rooms, and clinical meetings throughout the country, with occasional regional travel for training and business activities.

As a Sales Representative, Cranial & Spine, you will drive commercial growth and market development across Bulgaria by partnering with neurosurgical and spinal care stakeholders. The role combines strategic account management, clinical support, and customer engagement to expand adoption of the Cranial & Spine portfolio while delivering a high standard of service and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• •Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives across the Cranial & Spine portfolio in Bulgaria.
• •Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals, neurosurgery centers, spine centers, and key clinical stakeholders.
• •Build relationships with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, operating room personnel, procurement teams, and hospital leadership.
• •Provide product expertise, clinical education, and procedural support in accordance with approved indications, local regulations, and company policies.
• •Support therapy adoption, product launches, customer training programs, and market development initiatives.
• •Monitor market trends, competitive activity, tender opportunities, pricing developments, and reimbursement changes to identify growth opportunities.
• •Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking within designated systems.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure compliant business practices.

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
• •Fluency in Bulgarian and English, written and spoken.
• •Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals, healthcare providers, or clinical environments.
• •Ability to travel extensively throughout Bulgaria and provide on-site customer and procedural support.
• •Valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience supporting neurosurgery, spine, orthopaedics, operating room, or other procedure-based clinical specialties.
• •Knowledge of the Bulgarian healthcare system, hospital purchasing processes, tenders, and reimbursement structures.
• •Experience delivering clinical education, product training, or procedural support to healthcare professionals.
• •Demonstrated success in territory management, account development, and achievement of sales targets.
• •Education in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a healthcare-related discipline.
