Job Summary:

Airpay is expanding its Cross Border Payments Business and is looking for high-performing sales professionals who are passionate about helping Indian businesses grow globally.

If you have experience in Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, Payments, Fintech, or International Commerce , this could be an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Drive new customer acquisition and activation across assigned territories.
• •Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• •Develop relationships with founders, exporters, finance leaders, and key business decision-makers.
• •Drive customer onboarding, activation, and transaction growth.
• •Own acquisition, TPV (Transaction Processing Volume), and revenue targets.
• •Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, Partnerships, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
• •Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth and product enhancement.

Core Segments:

• •Global Marketplace Sellers (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.)
• •D2C Exporters (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento & Custom Platforms)
• •B2B Exporters
• •Service Exporters
• •SaaS & Software Companies

Required Qualifications:

• •5-8 years in Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, or Fintech Sales
• •Experience in Cross Border Payment, Fintech, Payment Gateways, International Collections, Merchant Acquiring, Export Ecosystem, E-commerce & Marketplace Businesses.

Skills and Experience:

• •Understanding of Cross Border Payments and International Collections.
• •Knowledge of Virtual Accounts and International Payment Solutions.
• •Strong Business Development and Relationship Management Skills.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
