Cloud Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Sales Specialist to lead our enterprise B2B SaaS growth. This role involves driving high-value sales, building and mentoring a top-performing team, and expanding into new markets. You'll work closely with Product and Marketing to align strategy, manage a strong sales pipeline, and close complex deals with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance for Wohlig.
• •Drive enterprise sales in the B2B SaaS space, focusing on high-value opportunities.
• •Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• •Identify new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
• •Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• •Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• •Create and manage a predictable sales pipeline through CRM tools and performance metrics.
• •Negotiate and close complex deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with experience in enterprise SaaS. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.Experience in leading and scaling sales teams across geographies.
• •Strong understanding of the sales cycle and buyer journey.
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Prior experience working in a growth-stage tech company is a plus.
