• The Salesforce Consultant, Change Management will help organizations successfully navigate complex digital and organizational transformations.
• You will develop and execute change strategies that support adoption of cloud technologies and Salesforce-based solutions.
• Working directly with customers and cross-functional project teams, you will turn business needs into practical adoption, communication, and training strategies.
• The role combines structured change methodologies with an understanding of organizational culture, human behavior, and the realities of technology implementation.
• You will act as a trusted change leader, guiding stakeholders through readiness, engagement, training, adoption, and long-term sustainment.
• You will also contribute to a growing consulting practice by developing best practices, strengthening internal capabilities, and identifying new opportunities.
