As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through strategic consulting services within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment in decision-making processes. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, validate outcomes with clients, and direct teams through challenging situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, initiate open and honest coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. You will model and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm. Within our Salesforce practice, your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• - Leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
• - Analyzing client needs and developing tailored Salesforce applications to meet strategic objectives
• - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
• - Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce projects
• - Utilizing technical skills in Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance client solutions
• - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
• - Developing training materials and conducting workshops to improve client understanding of Salesforce applications
• - Promoting innovative design and emerging technologies within Salesforce consulting teams
• - Validating data integrity and compliance within Salesforce frameworks
• - Identifying opportunities for process standardization and technology integration to improve business performance

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• - Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
• - Utilizing strategic questioning to drive innovative solutions
• - Excelling in systems project management and enterprise integration
• - Leading complex Salesforce implementations with a focus on emerging technologies
• - Developing training materials to enhance team performance and client satisfaction
