We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in the life insurance industry to design and implement innovative solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulations, as well as a proven track record in technology architecture and project management.

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in the life insurance industry.
• •Strong understanding of life insurance products, business processes, and regulatory environment.
• •Proficiency in modern architecture patterns, cloud services, and software development practices.
• •Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• •Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• •Serves as the overall Architect for a specific domain, looking after all solutions (and interdependencies) relating to said domain regardless of the area.
• •Works with the Enterprise Architect/s on the overall strategy and provides direction to Solutions Designers (SolDes) on developing solutions for their specific areas.
• •Ensures that Solutions designed by SolDes adhere to standards and provides review and sign-off on designs relating to their domains.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• •Design and develop scalable and secure solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
• •Lead the evaluation and selection of software products and services.
• •Oversee the implementation of new systems, including integration with existing platforms.
• •Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• •Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• •Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the life insurance sector.
