Sap Fico/Sfin/Fica, India/Gst Exposure A Plus (S4Finance)

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO / SFIN / FICA Consultant with 4-5 years of experience in SAP Finance solutions, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SAP S/4HANA Finance (SFIN), and Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA). The candidate should have hands-on experience in finance process configuration, support, and implementation projects, with strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, and profitability analysis. India GST exposure and SAP S/4HANA Finance experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.

You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.

You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical requirements

4-5 years of experience in SAP FICO / SFIN / FICA.

Hands-on experience in:

SAP FI

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)

Bank Accounting

Financial Closing Activities

Good experience in SAP CO:

Cost Center Accounting

Profit Center Accounting

Internal Orders

Product Costing

COPA (Profitability Analysis)

Experience in SAP FI-CA:

Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable

Dunning

Collections Management

Payment Processing

Clearing & Refunds

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (SFIN) implementations, support, or migration projects.

Experience in configuration, testing, UAT support, and production support activities.

Understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, and other Finance modules.

Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Knowledge of India GST processes and taxation concepts is preferred.

SAP Certification in FICO/S4 Finance is an added advantage.
