HR Analyst
Location: Bangalore | Practice Area : Corporate Services | Department: HR Operations | Type: Permanent
The Role
As an HR Analyst at Capco, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Global HR Shared Services , helping to deliver a consistent and efficient experience across the Employee lifecycle from ‘Hire – Retire’ support.
Based in Bangalore, you’ll be part of a Global HR Operations function, working for APAC region HR colleagues and stakeholders across Capco. You’ll coordinate Employee Life cycle HR support to APAC employees, maintain accurate records, respond to HR operational queries and help meet audit requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience – 3-5 years (including minimum 2 years relevant exp in HR Operations)
Interpret data, analyse results and provide on-going reports
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Work closely with business to prioritize business and information needs.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Working with business groups, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of Data management initiatives within client group
Maintain Data accuracy and Audit compliance at all times
Skills required:
Working Knowledge of HRMS tool (SAP Success Factors) will be an added advantage.
Process knowledge of HR Operations (working knowledge in Global HR Shared service model will be added advantage)
Proficient in Excel, Word and PPT
Strong written and verbal communication
Self motivated & Team Player
Experience working with process controls, documentation and audit requirements, with an understanding of the importance of maintaining clear and accurate records.
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams, locations and time zones.
Shift Timing : 7: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM IST (Hybrid Work Model)
Transport: Provided by company and chargeable
