In this role, you’ll help coordinate imaging appointments, communicate important preparation information, answer patient questions, and work closely with providers and Radiology team members to keep care moving smoothly. What You’ll Do

As an Imaging Scheduler, you’ll be an important connection between our patients, providers, and Radiology team. Your responsibilities will include:

• •Scheduling and coordinating imaging appointments and procedures
• •Helping patients understand appointment details and preparation instructions
• •Answering questions and providing friendly, helpful service by phone
• •Communicating with providers and clinical teams to coordinate scheduling needs
• •Maintaining accurate patient and scheduling information
• •Managing multiple appointments, requests, and priorities throughout the day
• •Helping resolve scheduling concerns and keeping patients informed when plans change
• •Supporting the Radiology team with day-to-day scheduling and administrative needs
