YOUR ROLE

You are a Scrum Master / Project Manager with 3 years of experience, bringing a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering value. You thrive in Agile environments, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

• •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• •Support and coach multidisciplinary teams in Agile practices and ways of working
• •Identify impediments, promote their resolution, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented
• •Monitor team performance through metrics and simple reporting
• •Analyze relationships between team practices and delivery outcomes
• •Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives based on data and observations
• •Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and support team maturity growth
• •Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring they are managed until resolution
• •Contribute to improving predictability, quality, and efficiency of deliveries

YOUR PROFILE

• •3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
• •Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM)
• •Experience facilitating Agile multidisciplinary teams
• •Strong understanding of Agile principles and continuous improvement mindset
• •Ability to identify causal relationships between practices and team performance
• •Solid technical knowledge to interact effectively with development teams
• •Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills
• •Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• •Strong communication and facilitation skills
• •Team player with a collaborative approach
• •Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and Agile evolution
