YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Scrum Master to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work) .

Your main responsabilities you will be:

• •Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices, ensuring teams effectively adopt Agile principles, values, and methodologies.
• •Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity, delivery timelines, and overall performance.
• •Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups, ensuring continuous improvement.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to align delivery objectives with organizational goals and provide regular progress reporting.
• •Coach and support teams in self-organization, process optimization, and Agile maturity development while driving transformation initiatives across the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master within software development teams.
• •Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to promote Agile values and best practices.
• •Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• •Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• •Demonstrated capability to support Agile transformation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• •Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English .
