YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Scrum Master (Digital Transformation) to support multidisciplinary teams in the adoption and evolution of Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering value.

Key Responsibilities

• •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• •Support teams in adopting and applying Agile methodologies.
• •Remove impediments and facilitate the resolution of obstacles affecting team productivity.
• •Promote continuous improvement through the analysis of metrics and team feedback.
• •Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• •Ensure transparency and visibility regarding the progress of initiatives.
• •Foster a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.
• •Support change management and the organization's Agile transformation.
• •Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
• •Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• •Experience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.
• •Ability to manage conflict and foster alignment across teams.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• •Good command of English.

NICE TO HAVE

• •Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• •Experience in digital transformation environments.
• •Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or other Agile methodologies.
• •Experience with software development and/or infrastructure teams.
• •Background in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
