Security Supervisor

MSS Security is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a professional security team and oversee day-to-day operations at a high-profile site.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has proven supervisory experience, strong security knowledge and the ability to confidently manage control room operations.

Security clearance is not required to apply. Candidates who already hold a security clearance are encouraged to apply as well.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Lead, supervise and support a team of security officers
• •Oversee daily security operations and ensure site procedures are followed
• •Manage control room operations, including CCTV monitoring, radio communications and incident reporting
• •Respond to incidents, alarms and emergency situations
• •Conduct regular site checks and ensure security standards are maintained
• •Act as a key point of contact for staff, management and client representatives
• •Provide guidance, coaching and support to security officers

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• •Strong leadership and people management skills
• •Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• •Ability to remain calm and professional when managing incidents
• •Strong understanding of security procedures and operational requirements
• •Current Australian security licence
• •Current Australian driver’s licence
• •Security clearance is desirable but not essential
