Security Supervisor

• Location: Miami-Dade
• Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: 5 PM–1 AM or 1 AM–9 AM; one weekend off

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Operation Supervisor to oversee field operations throughout Miami-Dade. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this hands-on role focuses on staff supervision, site compliance, training, logistics, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

Supervise, train, coach, and discipline security personnel as needed.

Deliver equipment and troubleshoot CCTV, radios, tablets, and other security technology.

Provide emergency coverage and operational support when needed.

Review timesheets, activity logs, and incident reports for accuracy.

Submit detailed shift reports to management.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents.

Qualifications

Florida Class D Security License (Required)

Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Minimum 3 years of security supervisory/leadership experience

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Technical aptitude and professional demeanor

Flexibility for on-call support as needed
