Ogilvy Health is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney team.

This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading healthcare brands – from pharmaceuticals, devices, and consumer brands - partnering with our clients to deliver strategically driven, creatively ambitious campaigns that make a meaningful impact.

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, leading integrated projects from briefing through to delivery, and collaborating with talented teams across strategy, creative, medical, PR, digital and production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Building strong, trusted relationships with healthcare clients – predominantly our pharmaceutical clients

Managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

Leading internal teams to produce high-quality work across a range of channels

Developing project scopes, timelines, estimates and status reports

Identifying opportunities to grow our work and strengthen client partnerships

Working closely with medical, strategy and creative teams to ensure work is both compliant and effective

Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications or medical marketing agency environment

Proven experience operating at Senior Account Manager level (or a strong Account Manager ready to step up)

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations

Experience managing HCP and/or patient-focused campaigns

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail

Experience working across integrated campaigns including digital, content and multichannel communications is highly regarded
