Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting based in Switzerland.

• This role offers the opportunity to contribute to IFRS accounting and reporting within a global, fast-moving organization operating across international markets.
• You will take ownership of technical accounting research, contract assessments, accounting memos, and key reporting activities.
• The position combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on involvement in month-end close, consolidation, and external audits.
• You will work closely with Finance leadership, Corporate Accounting, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and business teams to assess complex transactions.
• Your work will help ensure accounting conclusions are well-supported, consistently applied, and aligned with applicable IFRS requirements.
• The role provides exposure to a broad range of accounting topics, including revenue, leases, impairment, provisions, consolidation, and related parties.
• It is well suited to an experienced accountant who brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and confidence working across a multinational environment.
