Senior Analyst, Revenue Controls
- Overview:
- Role Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Revenue Controls processes, controls, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Analyze data and business information to develop insights, trends, metrics, and reporting that support decision-making.
- Lead and support projects by developing timelines, documenting processes, tracking actions, and driving execution.
- Assist with risk mitigation efforts and support compliance, audit, and investigative activities.
- Communicate effectively with business partners to implement action plans and address control gaps or operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and control evidence as needed.
- Support the design and implementation of process improvements that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Balance multiple priorities and workstreams while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Support ad hoc requests, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects as needed.

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
- Experience building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Alteryx, SQL) preferred.
- Understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or financial operations preferred.
