Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Senior Analyst - VMI located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Good understanding of accounting basics, journal entries, accruals, provisions and reconciliation
• •Journal posting, account reconciliation, clearing and basic GL analysis
• •Basic understanding of cost centers, allocations, absorption and cost postings
• •Execute close activities as per checklist and timeline
• •Prepare reconciliations and follow up on open items
• •Identify and explain basic month-on-month variances
• •Prepare and post standard/manual journal entries
• •Prepare recurring accruals based on inputs
• •Reconcile balances and follow up on mismatches
• •VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, basic data analysis
• •Follow process controls and maintain supporting documents
• •Provide requested supporting documents
• •Support investigation and provide transaction-level details
• •Identify improvement opportunities
• •Coordinate with internal teams for routine requirements
• •Clear written and verbal communication
• •Complete assigned activities and support peers
• •Own assigned tasks and meet timelines

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).
• •Good understanding on MS applications.
• •0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
• •Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• •Good written/oral communication skills in English
• •Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• •Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• •Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
