Own the Technology Behind Time & Labor
Logan Health is seeking a Senior Application Specialist – Oracle Fusion Time & Labor to serve as a subject matter expert for the technology supporting timekeeping and labor processes across our organization.
This is a hands-on systems role focused exclusively on Oracle Fusion Time & Labor, including configuration, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, optimization and ongoing support.
You will partner with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, leaders, end users and Oracle to translate business requirements into effective system solutions and ensure our Time & Labor processes are accurate, reliable and easy to use.

- Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week
What You'll Do
Oracle Fusion Time & Labor
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Time & Labor .
- Configure and maintain Time & Labor rules, settings, workflows, tables and user access.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes and drive issues through resolution.
- Support end users and leaders with Time & Labor functionality and system questions.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, processes and the user experience.
Configuration & Testing
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion Time & Labor solutions.
- Configure system functionality to support organizational policies and labor practices.
- Design and execute testing for system changes, enhancements and implementations.
- Evaluate the impact of configuration changes across related systems and processes.
- Support production changes, change control and system documentation.
Projects & Implementations
- Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Time & Labor implementations, enhancements and optimization projects .
- Manage project tasks, timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in planning, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover and go-live activities.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, leaders, vendors and other stakeholders to successfully implement changes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and follow them through completion.
Integrations & Problem-Solving
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and related systems.
- Assist with interface development, workflow design, table mapping, specifications and integrated testing.
- Analyze complex system issues and determine operational impact.
- Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate with Oracle and internal technical teams when escalation is needed.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- One of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology or related field;
- or Five (5) years of related job or industry experience.
- Experience with software application implementation and project management .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Time & Labor .
- Experience configuring and supporting enterprise timekeeping, time entry or labor management systems .
- Experience with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, implementation and optimization.
- Understanding of timekeeping and labor processes, including business rules and workflows.
- Experience supporting system integrations and interfaces.
- Knowledge of database structures, reporting tools or data management systems.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, XSLT or related integration technologies.
- Experience working in a healthcare or other complex, multi-site environment.
- Current Oracle certification or ability to obtain applicable certification within 30 days of hire.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
- Location: Logan Health Medical Center – Kalispell, Montana
- Schedule: Day Shift – 8 Hours | Full-Time – 40 Hours
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
