In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

Minimum years experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent qualification

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) or Certified Public Accountant (USA)
