The Difference You Will Make

As a Senior Concierge you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming living environment. This role manages front‑desk operations, assists with resident requests, oversees property access and deliveries, and coordinates with building management and service vendors. In the Senior Concierge role, you will help support community events and offer personalized assistance to enhance the overall resident experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Greet residents and visitors, providing a welcoming front‑desk experience.
  • Manage building access, monitor lobby activity, and maintain security protocols.
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and service needs promptly.
  • Coordinate package acceptance, deliveries, and notifications to residents.
  • Assist with scheduling amenities, reservations, and building services.
  • Communicate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and shift reports.
  • Ensure that the front desk is covered at all times with the 24/7/365 schedule need.
  • Provide information, directions, and general assistance to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Based on the shift scheduled, additional responsibilities may be designated or split up among the Sr. Concierge group.
  • Other duties as assigned are based on the needs of the community association.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 -3 years of experience containing administrative support and customer service in the residential hospitality or property management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required and knowledge of security camera/CCTV monitoring is preferred.
  • Ability for warmth, professional communications and interactions when handling resident, vendor and visitor needs. Be able to deescalate conflict situations and bring to resolution or alert leadership when needed.

Occasional climbing, balancing, reaching, twisting, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to the weather (heat, cold, rain, snow and ice) while assisting residents, vendors and visitors. Normal environment is an office setting.

Location

Position will be community based with the need to be on-site for all scheduled shifts.
