This is a full-time, seasonal role running from September/October through late December/early January, depending on business needs. This role is not eligible for benefits.

YOU WILL BE:

The BG Client Concierge Representative, is the primary point of contact for customers requesting service through our Customer Care platform. This role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The BG Client Concierge Representative needs to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• •Responding to client inquiries via phone or email
• •Exceeding customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
• •Recommending merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
• •Ensures they are knowledgeable and self-learning of vendors and product categories
• •Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments
• •Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
• •Effectively utilizes mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand business
• •Effectively utilizes available clientele tools and resources to increase personal business
• •Frequently advise customers of the benefits of the BG Loyalty program
• •Work to develop long term customer relationships
• •Ensures audit compliance and accurate record keeping
• •Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
• •Keep proprietary info in BG. Utilizing the upmost discretion in all communication.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• •Ability to efficiently operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and accurately process client transactions.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• •Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• •High level of patience, empathy, and active listening when serving clients.
• •A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle stressful situations or changing business needs gracefully.

• •Commitment to staying informed about product features, company promotions, and luxury industry trends.
• •Active participation in required training sessions and product knowledge seminars.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The hourly range for this position is $25/hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• Salary Range $19.61 - $24.51*
• Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
