Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement

• This role leads the people and organizational side of enterprise technology transformations, with a particular focus on AI-enabled ways of working.
• You will help organizations prepare employees, leaders, and teams to adopt emerging agentic technologies and new operating models.
• Working directly with client teams, you will shape change strategies, identify adoption risks, and translate complex technology into practical business outcomes.
• The role combines executive advisory, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, workshop facilitation, and adoption measurement.
• You will also help establish scalable change practices that support sustained behavioral and organizational transformation.
• The environment is collaborative, client-facing, and fast-moving, with close interaction across technical, business, and leadership teams.
