We are seeking a Senior consultant Business Transformation to join our business transformation department. You will drive initiatives that improve business performance, processes, operating models, and digital capabilities across our clients. This role is ideal for professionals with 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting or within the financial sector, particularly in Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Banking environments.

You will work closely with senior transformation leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to help analyze current ways of working, support change initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation programs. This role offers exposure to clients, structured problem‑solving, and accelerated professional development within a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead workstreams within business transformation and change management projects.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support the design and implementation of target operating models.
  • Contribute to regulatory and strategic initiatives impacting financial institutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and interactions with client stakeholders at various levels.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and enhance your market visibility with the support of our network of experts

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in:
  • Financial Services Consulting, and/or
  • Asset Management
  • Asset Servicing
  • Banking
  • Strong understanding of financial services operating models and industry challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured mindset
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing stakeholders and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French, any other languages is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (as applicable)
  • Confidence working with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a continuous‑learning mindset
  • Professional attitude and strong client service orientation

Additional skills

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg's financial services landscape
  • Experience with transformation, digitalization, regulatory, or operating model projects
  • Familiarity with any of the following industries: fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, portfolio management or wealth management
  • Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, etc.) are considered a plus
