Senior Counsel, iGaming & Sportsbook

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Counsel, iGaming & Sportsbook based in Australia.

• This is a strategic legal role at the intersection of iGaming, sports betting, blockchain, and rapidly evolving digital assets.
• You will act as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, helping shape compliant products and business strategies.
• The role combines legal expertise with commercial thinking, regulatory strategy, and hands-on problem-solving across global markets.
• You will help establish regulatory frameworks, assess expansion opportunities, and navigate complex wagering requirements.
• Rather than simply identifying legal constraints, you will help the business understand practical paths forward while managing risk.
• The position offers significant exposure to a fast-moving, international environment where processes and frameworks are being built from the ground up.
• It is particularly suited to a commercially minded lawyer with deep iGaming or sportsbook experience who enjoys operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
