Senior Counsel, Strategic Deals

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Counsel, Strategic Deals based in the United States.

This is a senior legal opportunity focused on complex technology transactions, strategic partnerships, commercial initiatives, and M&A support. You will own high-impact deals end to end while partnering closely with senior legal leadership on the most significant negotiations. The role combines sophisticated technology transactions expertise with practical commercial judgment and close collaboration across business and legal functions. You will advise teams on IP licensing, technology rights, AI terms, strategic product initiatives, and complex partnership structures. As part of a newly established strategic deals function, you will also help create the playbooks, templates, and processes needed to scale the team effectively. This role is well suited to an experienced technology transactions attorney who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment and translating complex legal issues into clear business recommendations.
