Senior Director of FP&A / Treasury

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of FP&A / Treasury based in the United States.

• This senior finance leadership role will build and lead the organization’s Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and capital management capabilities.
• Reporting directly to the CFO, you will create the financial operating framework that supports disciplined planning, capital allocation, and scalable growth.
• You will connect commercial, operational, entity-level, and capital planning into a cohesive financial planning architecture.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• You will work closely with executive leadership, accounting, tax, operations, procurement, and technical teams across a complex multi-entity ecosystem.
• This is an opportunity to build processes, systems, and reporting capabilities from the ground up while influencing critical business and liquidity decisions.
