Senior Engineer- Service

• Sr. Engineer- Service Quality
• 1.Inspection of inward new service parts and bearings 2.To manage inspection of disassembled Gearboxes parts, multi-brand gearbox components.
• 3.Ensure proper inspection and documentation of repaired parts(SAP-RCS).
• 4.Review test results and approve finished goods in line with quality standards.

• Manager-After Sales Generator warranty
• 1.To handle technically field issues and support on solution.
• 2.Lead RCA for Field complaints by creating and executing strategic framework.
• 3.Support on Service readiness for proto-Generators
• 4.Documentation for inhouse and onsite repair .

• Sr.Engineer-Service Operations
• 1.To handle and manage and support intercompany orders.
• 2.Follow up the shipments, and inventory movements.
• 3.Coordinate with production and logistics teams for IC plan
• 4.To ensure timely fulfillment of intercompany commitments

• After Sales - Service Engineer
• 1.To handle technically field issues and support on solution.
• 2.Support on Service readiness for proto-Gearboxes
• 3.Documentation and tooling’s for onsite repair .
• 4.Open minded to travel for customer location

• Sr.Engineer- Technical Services
• 1.To support for BOM creation of service models
• 2.Tooling's for repair shop and onsite requirements.
• 3.Technical supporting and upgrade manual releasing for service models.
• 4.Engineering support for multibrand reverse engineering.
