- This role owns the healthcare employer marketing workstream within a national employer-focused growth strategy.
- You’ll translate healthcare workforce challenges, employer insights, and business priorities into compelling marketing programs.
- The position spans campaigns, content, field marketing, conferences, executive engagement, and sales enablement.
- You’ll work closely with Business Development, Healthcare Solutions, Product, Brand, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
- A major focus will be generating qualified demand, influencing pipeline progression, and supporting strategic employer partnerships.
