Senior Labor Compliance Officer

This role provides senior-level oversight of labor compliance for public-sector, public works, housing, community development, and other publicly funded projects. You will monitor contractor compliance with federal, state, and local labor standards, with a strong focus on certified payroll, prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and workforce requirements. The position combines detailed document analysis with field-based worker interviews, investigations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with contractors, public agencies, government organizations, internal teams, and other project stakeholders to identify and resolve compliance issues. Your expertise will help ensure that project requirements are met accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
