Position type: Hourly

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to lead diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives across our production and facility equipment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes
• •Research and source appropriate repair parts
• •Perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• •Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
• •Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects

Qualifications:

• •5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• •Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• •Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• •Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• •Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
