We are excited to be opening our first office in Shanghai , marking a major milestone in Efficio’s global growth. This new office will build on our strong international footprint and support our expanding client base across China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. We already have experienced Efficio consultants relocating internally to China, creating a strong foundation and ensuring close connection to our global expertise, culture, and ways of working.

The Shanghai office will be highly international, combining local talent with colleagues from across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We are hiring external candidates at multiple levels, offering a unique opportunity to join Efficio at an early stage of its China journey and play a meaningful role in shaping the office, its culture, and its growth.
