Senior Product Integrity Specialist - Apparel

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a Senior Product Integrity Specialist, you play a key leadership role in safeguarding Arc’teryx brand integrity through global maintenance of product construction standards, best production practices, and quality standards across all product categories and manufacturing locations. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced processes and standards, ensuring technical packages, construction specifications, and quality benchmarks meet the highest standards.

You will mentor team members, drive cross-functional alignment, and influence strategic decisions that impact product quality and brand reputation. This role requires strong collaboration with vendors, HQ Product Integrity team, Tokyo & HQ Design teams, and HKO commercialization and Quality teams to ensure operational product and process excellence and continuous improvement to uphold our quality standards.

This role is based out of our Hong Kong office and requires in-person attendance. Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.

The Product Integrity team is part of the Quality & Compliance department and is responsible for ensuring that all products are constructed in accordance with Arc’teryx quality standards. We safeguard brand product integrity through establishing best practices and ensure stringent adherence to specification and construction methods. The Product Integrity team ensures all products meet Arc’teryx quality standards. As a senior member, you will champion best practices, guide complex problem-solving, and support growth plans with existing and new vendors by providing leadership on advanced construction methods and material processes.
