Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Product Integrity Specialist 2 , you play a pivotal role in safeguarding Arc’teryx brand integrity by upholding global standards for product construction, manufacturing best practices, and quality protocols across all product categories and production locations. You contribute to formulating recommendations on guidelines and procedures with regards to product Integrity. You will help to ensure the Arc’teryx brand integrity through global maintenance of product construction standards, best production practices and quality standards across all product categories and locations of manufacture.

You will develop and/or upgrade the processes and standards for ensuring and controlling the approval of the technical packages, construction, specification and quality of new models, and ongoing quality issue management.

You sustain relationships with vendors, internal teams and remote Liaison Quality teams.

This role is primarily based out of our Hong Kong office and requires in-person attendance. Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.

The Product Integrity team is part of the Quality & Compliance department and is responsible for ensuring that all products are constructed in accordance with Arc’teryx quality standards. We safeguard brand product integrity through establishing best practices and ensure stringent adherence to specification and construction methods. We secure bulk readiness and support growth plans with existing and new vendors by providing guidance on both current application and new methods of handling product and material processes.
