Senior Manager - Retail Leasing

Reporting To: Head of Retail - India

Role Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager - Retail Leasing to support growth of the Retail business in India. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, leasing transactions, revenue generation, and market advisory.

Key Accountabilities

Revenue Growth & Business Development

· Own and deliver individual revenue targets.

· Drive new business acquisition across developers, brands, and institutional clients.

· Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline.

· Identify opportunities across malls, high streets, and emerging retail formats.

Client Management & Advisory

· Serve as a trusted advisor to landlords, developers and occupiers.

· Manage senior stakeholder relationships.

· Provide market intelligence and leasing recommendations.

Transaction Management

· Execute complex retail leasing transactions end-to-end.

· Lead commercial negotiations and deal closure.

· Prepare client presentations, market analyses and lease analytics.

Market Intelligence

· Monitor retail trends, tenant demand and location strategies.

· Support market reports and pitch materials.

Team Leadership

· Mentor junior team members and contribute to team performance.

· Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 8-12 years in retail leasing, brokerage, or advisory with a proven track record in business development and transaction closures.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
